My hubby tells me when I wear this Tulle Tutu Skirt, he can't help but give in to me ;) So every time we go shopping I put it on. Just kidding sweetheart! Oh well, it was such a fun day shooting this skirt, I literally felt like prancing around. It really screams "whimsical" with a touch of femininity. I'm in love
